Agenjitu Privacy Policy – Personal Data Protection for Malaysian Members

Your privacy is our priority. This document transparently explains how agenjitu collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Last Updated: 1 January 2026
Important Notice Before You Proceed

This Privacy Policy describes agenjitu's practices regarding the collection and processing of personal data. It applies to all registered members and visitors of the agenjitu platform. By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

If you have any questions about how we manage your data, please contact us at support@agenjitu.onl and we will respond within two business days.

agenjitu's Commitment to Your Privacy

Agenjitu understands that personal data is both sensitive and valuable. When you entrust us with your personal information during registration or while using the platform, we take that responsibility seriously. This Privacy Policy is more than a legal document — it is an honest account of what we do with your data, why we need it, and how we keep it protected at all times.

Agenjitu operates in full compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). This means we only collect data that is strictly necessary, process it for clear and lawful purposes, and give you full rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time.

One thing to be clear about from the outset: agenjitu does not sell members' personal data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. This is a commitment we will not compromise on, regardless of any offer made by any external party.

1. Personal Data We Collect

Agenjitu collects several categories of personal data from members and platform users. This data is gathered at different stages — during registration, during day-to-day platform use, and through automated technology as you browse our platform.

Data you provide directly:

  • Identity information: Full name as per MyKad or Malaysian passport, date of birth, and identification number.
  • Contact information: An active Malaysian mobile number, email address, and residential address if required for verification.
  • Financial information: Malaysian bank account number, account holder name, and financial institution name for withdrawal processing purposes. We do not store credit or debit card details directly — card payments are processed by certified third-party payment gateways.
  • Verification documents: A copy of your MyKad or passport, a verification selfie, and any supporting documents submitted during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Data collected automatically when you use the platform:

  • Log and technical data: IP address, web browser type and version, device operating system, screen resolution, device information and unique device identifiers.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, games played, session duration, clicks, in-platform navigation, and account preference settings.
  • Transaction data: Your complete history of deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings, including the date, time, payment method, and amount of each transaction.
  • Communication data: Live chat session records with the support team, emails sent to us, and feedback submitted through any channel.

We do not collect sensitive information such as biometric data, health records, or religious beliefs except in very specific situations that require your explicit consent beforehand. Your financial transaction data is stored in encrypted format and is accessible only to authorised staff.

2. How We Use Your Data

Agenjitu uses the personal data collected solely for the purposes listed below, and for no other purposes not stated here:

Purpose of Use Data Used
Registration & account management Name, email, phone number, password
Identity verification (KYC) MyKad/passport, selfie, date of birth
Deposit & withdrawal processing Bank details, transaction records, payment methods
Customer support Name, email, communication records, account history
Security & Fraud Prevention IP address, device data, usage patterns, log records
Legal compliance All data relevant to legal requirements
Platform improvement & analytics Anonymous usage data, navigation statistics
Promotional communications (with consent) Email, phone number

For promotional communications such as bonus offer emails or new game notifications, agenjitu will only contact you if you have given your consent during registration or within your account settings. You may withdraw this consent at any time via the "unsubscribe" option in any promotional email or through the notification settings in your account.

3. Legal Basis for Data Processing

Under Malaysia's PDPA 2010, all personal data processing must have a valid legal basis. Agenjitu processes your data on the following bases depending on the context of use:

  • Performance of contract: Data processing necessary to deliver platform services to you — including account registration, deposit and withdrawal processing, and the management of bets and winnings. Without this data, we are unable to provide agenjitu services to you.
  • Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with Malaysian law, including the KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements set by the relevant authorities.
  • Legitimate interests: Processing for the purposes of fraud prevention, platform security, internal analytics for service improvement and risk management — where our legitimate interests do not override your fundamental rights.
  • Consent: For marketing and promotional communications, we rely on your explicit consent. This consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the core services we provide.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

Agenjitu does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Payment service providers: Required transaction information is shared with payment providers — including DuitNow processors, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX gateways (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and others) — to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers are governed by their own data protection regulations and agenjitu's privacy policy as outlined in the service agreement.
  • Game providers: Minimum session data necessary for gameplay may be shared with third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft and Evolution solely for game operation purposes and dispute resolution in the event of a technical issue.
  • Legal authorities: Agenjitu will disclose required data to Malaysian authorities if directed to do so by a valid court order, or as part of applicable statutory reporting obligations.
  • Trusted business partners: In limited situations such as third-party security audits or technical assessments, necessary information may be shared with parties bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Agenjitu has never sold and will never sell members' personal data to any party for advertising, marketing, or commercial profiling purposes. If you receive any marketing communication claiming to come from a party that has "purchased" data from agenjitu, it is fraudulent — please report it to us immediately.

5. Data Retention & Security Measures

Agenjitu takes a layered approach to protecting your personal data. The following are the key security measures we have in place:

  • 256-bit SSL Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and agenjitu's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. This ensures that data cannot be intercepted in transit, including when you make deposits via Touch 'n Go or DuitNow.
  • Stored data encryption: Sensitive data such as bank details, identification numbers, and KYC records are stored in encrypted format within agenjitu's database. Even in the event of an unexpected security breach, this data cannot be read without the appropriate decryption key.
  • Strict access controls: Access to members' personal data is restricted to agenjitu staff who require it to carry out their duties. All access is logged and audited on a regular basis.
  • Periodic security audits: The agenjitu system undergoes regular security assessments by independent cybersecurity teams to identify and address any vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA): Agenjitu supports 2FA for member accounts to provide an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

Data retention period: Agenjitu retains members' personal data for as long as your account remains active and for any additional period required by Malaysian law following account closure. Financial transaction records are typically retained for seven years in accordance with Malaysian accounting and tax legal requirements. Data that is no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymised.

While we take all reasonable precautions, no system is entirely infallible. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, agenjitu is committed to notifying you and the relevant authorities within the timeframe stipulated under Malaysia's PDPA legislation.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The agenjitu platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance the user experience and ensure the platform functions correctly. The following are the types of cookies we use:

  • Essential cookies: Required for core platform functions such as maintaining your login session and saving language preferences. These cookies cannot be disabled as they are essential for the platform to operate.
  • Performance cookies: Used to collect statistical information on how users interact with the platform — including the most frequently visited pages, page load times, and errors encountered. This data is used to improve platform performance.
  • Functional cookies: Allows the platform to remember your preferences — such as your chosen language, display settings, and most-used game options — to deliver a more personalised experience.
  • Security cookies: Used to detect suspicious activity, prevent fraud, and protect your account from unauthorised access.

You can manage or disable most cookies through your web browser settings. However, disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality and your gaming experience. For more information on managing cookies in your browser, refer to your browser's documentation.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Malaysia's PDPA 2010, you have certain rights regarding your personal data that agenjitu is obligated to respect and facilitate. These rights include:

Right of Access: You have the right to know what personal data agenjitu holds about you and to obtain a copy of that data.
Right to Correction: If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or out of date, you have the right to request a correction.
Right to Erasure: In certain circumstances, you may request the deletion of your personal data — subject to our legal obligations to retain specific records.
Right to Object to Processing: You may object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time, without providing any reason.
Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a machine-readable format for the purpose of transferring it to another platform, where technically feasible.
Right to Withdraw Consent: For processing based on your consent (such as marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time.

To exercise any of the rights above, please contact the agenjitu privacy team by email at support@agenjitu.onl stating the right you wish to exercise and your account details for verification purposes. Agenjitu will process your request within 21 business days of completed identity verification, in accordance with the requirements of PDPA 2010.

The exercise of certain rights may be limited by legal obligations. For example, we are unable to delete financial transaction records that Malaysian law requires us to retain for a specified period. In such cases, we will inform you of the applicable limitation and the reason for it.

8. Protection of Children's Data

The agenjitu platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly collect or process the personal data of any individual under the age of 21.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your underage child has registered for or used the agenjitu platform, please contact us immediately at support@agenjitu.onl. We will investigate promptly and, if confirmed, will close the account in question, delete all related data, and refund any deposits that were made.

Agenjitu implements age verification measures during the registration and KYC process as the primary line of defence against access by minors. We also encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software on shared devices and to have open conversations with their children about the risks of online gambling.

9. Links to Third-Party Sites

The agenjitu platform may from time to time contain links or references to third-party websites or services — such as sports sites, news portals, or social media platforms — for informational purposes only. agenjitu's Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites.

Agenjitu has no control over the privacy practices or content of third-party sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every third-party site you visit before providing any personal information. The presence of links to third-party sites on the agenjitu platform does not imply that we endorse or vouch for their privacy practices.

10. Amendments to This Privacy Policy

Agenjitu reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable laws or relevant technological developments. When material amendments are made, we will:

  • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
  • Displaying in-platform notifications on agenjitu to inform members of such amendments.
  • For materially significant amendments that affect your fundamental rights, we will send a notification to the email address registered to your account.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed on how we protect your data. Your continued use of the agenjitu platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and request deletion of your data in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 7. We will process such requests accordingly.

FAQ – agenjitu Privacy Policy

Agenjitu retains the data you provided during registration (name, email, phone number), KYC documents (MyKad or passport copies), bank details for withdrawals, your full transaction history, game session records and communications with our support team. Yes, you have the right to obtain a copy of all this data under Malaysia's PDPA 2010. To submit a data access request, email us at support@agenjitu.onl with "Data Access Request" in the subject line along with your account number for verification purposes. We will process the request within 21 business days upon identity verification.

Agenjitu does not store your credit or debit card details directly. Card payments are processed entirely by authorised third-party payment gateways that comply with strict PCI-DSS standards. For methods such as DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay, agenjitu stores only transaction information (amount, date, time, and transaction reference) — not your full e-wallet account details. For withdrawals to a bank account, agenjitu stores the registered and verified bank account number and bank name — this data is kept in encrypted format and used solely to process your withdrawals.

Yes, you may request deletion of your personal data upon closing your agenjitu account. However, please be aware that not all data can be deleted immediately due to legal obligations. Financial transaction records, for example, are required to be retained for seven years under Malaysian accounting and tax laws, as well as AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements. Data eligible for deletion includes personal profile information, communication history, and game session data unrelated to financial transactions. Once the applicable legal retention period expires, remaining records will be fully deleted or anonymised. Contact us at support@agenjitu.onl to initiate the account closure and data deletion process.

There are two easy ways to stop receiving promotional emails from agenjitu. First, click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any promotional email we send — this will immediately deactivate your marketing email subscription. Second, log in to your agenjitu account, go to Settings, select Notifications, and disable promotional email options as preferred. Please note that you will still receive important transactional emails such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and account security emails — these are essential communications that cannot be fully disabled.

Agenjitu has a comprehensive security incident response plan to handle data breach situations. In the event of a data breach that may affect the rights or interests of members, we will take the following steps: First, immediately identify and contain the breach to prevent further damage. Second, assess the scope and impact — what data was exposed and how many members were affected. Third, report to the relevant authorities in Malaysia within the timeframe stipulated under PDPA 2010. Fourth, notify affected members via their registered email within a reasonable timeframe, with details of what occurred, what data was exposed, and what steps they should take to protect themselves. We are committed to full transparency in handling any security incident.
